OPI Forge

OPI Forge is Chrysent’s long-range vision for autonomous software engineering and delivery at scale. Because it touches the full development lifecycle, Forge will ship after the underlying platform products are mature, integrated, and ready for organizational use.

Forge turns stories, specifications, reviews, commits, follow-ups, and deployment readiness into one governed lifecycle for agentic development. Agents operate inside structured harnesses with context, review gates, rollback protection, and operational checks, so their work becomes more consistent, cost-efficient, and production-ready.

Teams will be able to use Forge through a TUI connected to the Chrysent platform, as a headless system embedded into CI and internal tools, or eventually as a managed deployment experience. In the managed model, work can continue even when the user is away, carrying changes through GitOps workflows toward development environments, soak periods, and production promotion with human approval.

The goal is to let a human with product insight and domain knowledge direct a much larger delivery surface than they could manage alone, while keeping the work inspectable, reversible, and governed.
