Chrysent Axis Knowledge Base turns organizational knowledge into a governed retrieval layer for humans and AI agents. Teams can share structured or unstructured sources using supported connectors, query formats, database integrations, blob storage, or push-based ingestion.
Organizations define how each source is categorized, indexed, shared, and accessed. For enterprise deployments, Axis can map permissions from identity providers such as Okta, LDAP, or Active Directory, so departments and teams only retrieve information their role allows.
Axis powers Chrysent’s internal Chat UI by default and can also serve approved external harnesses through MCP. OAuth or SAML authentication keeps retrieval aligned with the tenant’s access model, giving humans and agents useful context without exposing the wrong information.
