Investor overview

The control plane for enterprise AI.

Every enterprise and government team adopting AI faces the same three gaps: spend they cannot see, content they cannot enforce, and agent actions they cannot bound. Chrysent closes those gaps with a vendor-neutral control plane — Gateway, Touchstone, and Bastion — and extends the same self-hosted platform into governed retrieval, research, sandboxed execution, and agentic delivery.

Why now

  • 01

Generative AI is moving from experimentation to production inside regulated industries.

  • 02

Model spend is the second-largest cloud bill category at scale, after compute.

  • 03

Agentic workflows create new attack surfaces that existing security tools were not designed for.

  • 04

Compliance frameworks are catching up: SOC 2 AI controls, EU AI Act, FedRAMP AI overlays.

Initial wedge

The initial wedge connects governance, content and execution controls, code intelligence, research, and agentic delivery. These private-beta products share the same self-hosted delivery model and evidence surface.

Platform expansion

Axis Knowledge Base and Chrysent Sandbox extend the same governance, audit, and policy surfaces. Their expansion milestones are Q1 2027 and Q2 2027 respectively; both are currently design-partner previews.

Current capabilities

These capabilities are present in the current private-beta and design-partner-preview surface. Availability and evaluation depth vary by product; the readiness table above gives the canonical product status.

  1. 01

    Architecture and contract baseline.

Documents the reproducible platform contracts, alignment boundaries, and risk controls used across the current products.

  2. 02

    Local Gateway adoption.

Customer-controlled Gateway installations validate real workloads and SSO constraints in the current private beta.

  3. 03

    Governed data plane.

Integrations, identity sync, project-scoped RBAC, and observability support current private-beta and design-partner evaluations.

  4. 04

    Evidence and testing.

Configurable enterprise metadata, policy evaluation, knowledge representation, and lineage are exercised against documented coverage gaps.

  5. 05

    Execution and content controls.

Touchstone inspects interaction content and Bastion enforces action boundaries in structured customer test environments.

  6. 06

    Self-hosted deployment controls.

Customer-specific rate and model-access controls operate in customer-owned and customer-controlled stacks.
