Overview
This policy describes what personal data Chrysent collects when you visit chrysent.ai or contact us about our products. We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the hosted marketing site, respond to inquiries, and protect the site's integrity. Customer product software is self-hosted and is covered by the applicable product agreement and deployment documentation.
What we collect
- Form submissions: name, work email, company, role, and the message you send when you contact us.
- Server logs: standard HTTP request metadata (IP address, user agent, request path) retained for security and debugging.
- Cookies and similar: we use Google Analytics only after you accept analytics. It helps us understand how visitors use the site and may set analytics cookies. We do not enable advertising features.
Your analytics choice
After you accept, Google Analytics receives information about visits and interactions with this site. We store your analytics choice in this browser using local storage so we can remember it. If browser storage is unavailable, analytics remains off and we cannot remember your choice. Without acceptance, we do not load Google Analytics or send it analytics requests.
You can accept, reject, or withdraw your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. Withdrawing stops future analytics collection, including on the currently open page; it does not remove cookies or data already sent to Google. Learn more about Google’s privacy practices.
How we use it
- To respond to inquiries and route them to the right person.
- To protect the site from abuse and investigate incidents.
- To plan capacity and improve the site over time.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data with third parties for marketing.
Retention
- Form submissions: retained for the life of the business relationship and deleted within 30 days of a written deletion request.
- Server logs: retained for up to 90 days, then deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
If you are in the EEA, UK, California, or another jurisdiction with privacy rights, you can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing info@chrysent.ai.
