Scope
These terms govern your use of chrysent.ai, the public marketing site of Chrysent, Inc. Use of Chrysent products (Gateway, Touchstone, Bastion, Axis, Deep Research, OPI Forge, and Chrysent Sandbox) is governed by a separate design-partner or commercial agreement. Chrysent sells self-hosted software for customer-owned and customer-controlled infrastructure. The terms below apply only to the marketing site.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site except through the responsible disclosure channel.
- Attempt to interfere with the site or its users.
- Scrape or systematically collect content without prior written permission.
- Use the site to harass, defame, or harm any person.
Content
Trademarks, logos, and product names are the property of Chrysent, Inc. or their respective owners. The architecture diagrams and product screenshots on this site are illustrative; actual product surfaces may differ. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer or warranty.
No warranty
The site is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chrysent disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chrysent is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
